CHAUVIN ARNOUX is delighted to announce that it purchased a majority holding in INDATECH at the end of September 2017. With this acquisition, CHAUVIN ARNOUX is positioned as a major new player in spectroscopic measurement serving Industry 4.0. This subsidiary will boost Chauvin Arnoux's existing worldwide reputation for excellence in the measuring equipment sector. The agreement enables the CHAUVIN ARNOUX Group to extend its range of spectroscopic measuring equipment, from the pharmaceutical industry through to the chemical industry and the agri-food sector.
