MANUMESURE: Terms & Conditions

Specific conditions governing repair and maintenance services.

1/ SERVICE DEADLINES

The deadlines announced for the services carried out in our laboratories (repairs, verification, recalibration, standards calibration, etc.) are solely indicative and in no way represent a contractual obligation: MANUMESURE undertakes to respect as far as possible the announced deadlines for its services: these deadlines however may subject to modification, due in particular to the availability of certain parts and accessories.

2/ PAYMENT

Payments relating to the different services are payable net and without rebate to MANUMESURE, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice.

3/ SERVICE WARRANTY
|
MANUMESURE guarantees that all services are carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations governing such services and in respect of the legislation in force.
All MANUMESURE repairs are guaranteed for a period of six months.

4/ CUSTOMER UNDERTAKING
|
In the absence of a response from the customer concerning payment due for repair, verification, recalibration or calibration services requested, the customer is under the obligation to take back any equipment sent to us at his own expense and within a period of two months from the receipt of formal notice by registered letter.
Beyond this deadline, the customer authorises MANUMESURE to discard of any equipment in its possession and automatically forfeits the right to any claims against MANUMESURE for the destruction of the said equipment.
The equipment will be destroyed after a period of 12 months dating from the formal notification sent to the customer by registered mail.
